Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rangely, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference Number 0000392379 CNCC is seeking a General Contractor to replace the ceiling lighting fixtures in our Rector Hall Auditorium with fixtures that are compliant with House Bill 23-1161. The proposal is to include a lump sum cost for labor and materials; including necessary wiring and controls. On behalf of the State of Colorado, Colorado Northwestern Community College, CNCC is issuing this Documented Quote for the Rector Hall lighting fixture replacements. CNCC is seeking bids to remove and replace 32 ceiling lighting fixtures. Work will include the disposal of current fixtures, purchase and installation of new fixtures, and all necessary wiring and controls. Pictures of current fixtures, ballasts, and controls are included with the appendix items. Work is to be completed by 8/1/2025. Pre-bid Conference. There will not] be a pre-bid conference.
