Saving Project...

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

As of 9/10/20 there are 3 addenda to this project. The City of Daytona Beach reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or any portion of any Bid, or to waive any informalities in the solicitation. The work generally consists of the purchase of stage lighting equipment; i.e., fixtures, cables, controllers, storage racks, and accessories in order to make the equipment available for rent to show and community event producers. The Vendor will furnish and deliver the equipment specified on the Product List (i.e.. Bid Schedule) to the Pea body Auditorium Loading Dock, 600 Auditorium Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32118. The Vendor will deliver all items in one delivery, within 30 days of issuance of a Purchase Order from the City to the Vendor. The Vendor will coordinate the delivery date with the Cultural Services and Community Events Manager. Chad Smith, at 386-671-3461. The Vendor will unload the equipment, unbox each item, lamp each fixture. inspect for damage, and test each fixture and cable in the presence of a City representative to ensure proper functioning and ensure each item delivered is undamaged. The Vender wil replace damaged equipment nr will repair to like newcondition within 1 5 days of delivery. There are currently no shows scheduled at the Peabody Auditorium until January.
