GENERAL The work consists of removing the existing roof assembly from the top surface to the existing structural concrete deck, install a new roof system and drains, install terrazzo tile over a grid/pedestal deck system, and add new horizontal protection screen and framing as depicted in the bid documents including drawings and project manual prepared by Jay Ammon Architect, Inc. and dated March 6, 2024, for the project entitled "City of Daytona Beach Public Works -Daytona Stadium - Roofing Replacement Project". Responsive bidder must have a General Contractors license. BID BOND A 10% Bid Bond is required for all Construction projects. An A1A Bid Bond is acceptable. A fully executed, signed copy MUST be submitted with bid submission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the original bid bond prior to project commencement. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND The successful Bidder will be required to furnish separate 100% Performance and Payment Bonds unless the Contract price is less than $100,000.
