The Ocean Center is seeking a qualified vendor to perform regular scheduled maintenance and updates on the facilities' lighting and control system, Lutron Quantum View with Pharos Designer, to respond to routine and emergency service calls, and for the installation of new equipment. additional pre bid meeting note: Bidders may park in the south parking lot (across from the Peabody Auditorium). Bidder shall notify parking attendant (if available) they are there for a meeting with the County. Obtaining a parking pass is not necessary.
