Utility Billing Remodel at City Hall The City of Daytona Beach reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or any portion of any proposal, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. uestion and Request for Interpretation Submission Deadline April 19, 2024, 5:00pm Contractor's general responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Supervision o Project management o Permitting o Provide Site safety, PPE, and First Aid o Daily and final clean-up of project o Provide use of City-Approved Dumpster throughout course of project. o Provide use of all required equipment and tools. o Provide any temporary barricades needed. Construction services to be provided by the Contractor include but are not limited to: o Carpentry o As required to complete the project. o Electrical o Safe off existing electrical o Reinstall all power and data as required for the 3 workstations. Material Detail: o Cabinets o All Wood cabinets as per plan No particle board Plywood box Wood soft close doors o Service Counter o Corian Service Counter to match existing Corian as provided in plans. o Interior Aluminum Storefront as per plan as provided in plans. o 1@188"x48" w/ 3 Panels (1 Deal Tray Each) o Interior Glass Partition as provided in plans.
