Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Sacaton, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 48,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

This is a design-build project currently under contract for a new 48,000 square foot replacement building for the Behavioral Health Department at the HuHuKam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, AZ. The program includes Counseling, Therapy, General Administration, Conference space and associated lobby and circulation spaces. Construction is currently underway for Phase 2A of the project, Civil and Structural. PHASE 2C Interiors and Landscape Package This bid package is meant to capture the complete building interiors and Landscape, including interior partitions, interior glass, millwork, interior doors, flooring, finishes, specialties, operable partitions and landscape. o Please be aware that exterior wall studs are part of a previous bid package and only the interior portion of exterior walls are included in this bid package 2C. o Landscape Scope will require additional mobilization. Planting will occur in future phase 4. Please refer to Sheet A101 for Site Phase 3 and 4. PROJECT AWARD Trade partner selections for the Building Interior and Landscape project scopes will be determined from this request for proposal. The Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Structural and Building Envelope trade partners have been previously selected as part of previous phases. o We highly encourage cost reduction options, please include a brief narrative for any cost reduction options along with your base bid proposal.
