Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Description: The project is intended to replace two cage and rack washers and install a scullery sink and eyewash/drench hose in the MBRB vivarium, along with making associated improvements to other finishes and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection serving the space. The cage and rack washers are owner furnished and will be installed by the owners equipment vendor, but the contractor is responsible for coordination of the process and other construction as shown in the documents. Extensive equipment pit rework and plumbing replacement is included. Plumbing work will occur in confined spaces as noted in the documents. Architectural specifications are on sheet A400. Note resinous flooring and sprinkler head alternates. Addendum #1 has been issued. Q&A end date 2:00 pm, September 16, 2020 in writing/email to kwagner@wagnerarch.com
