The Bulloch County Board of Education invites you to bid on removing and disposal of existing eight (8) lane competition track oval and field events synthetic track surfacing and resurfacing. The resurface should be with a Permeable Base mat and water based Spray Coat system. This system shall include a primer, base layer and (minimum of 2 top layers) of traditional red color with an add alternate to include a Dark Blue. (Lanes 1 & 2, and all Runways must receive an additional (3rd) spray coat as additional wear layer/high stress areas.) The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive all formalities in bidding, to be the sole judge of quality and equality of the several bid proposals and to award the contract to the most desirable bidder. Furthermore, The Bulloch County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Lowest bid may not prevail. Award of the bid will be based on the bid rubric, delivery and set-up schedule, references, and past performance of bidder with projects of comparable scope, complexity and time constraints.
