Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,970-square-foot office development.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Remove approximately 17,600 SF of existing PVC membrane. A new 80 mil PVC membrane, with a 30-year warrantee, and an additional 1.5 rigid insulation shall be installed over the existing roof insulation, cover board, and roof deck. The project shall also include the demolition and replacement of 1,370 SF of existing built-up plywood roof deck. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $294,300
