Renovation of a detention facility in Coralville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The State of Iowa is conducting a Request for Quote for a contractor to complete the necessary repairs to the existing precast concrete soffit along with concrete and storm repair with additional work around an existing ventilation fan at the Iowa Medical Classification Center (IMCC), located at 2700 Coral Ridge Ave., Coralville, Iowa 52241. There will be a separate contractor contracted under a Master Agreement that will complete the work with the existing fan and ductwork. This Request for Quote will have (2) bid packages along with an option for a combined bid for the two bid packages. See Exhibit B Scope of Work for additional detail and exhibit D for construction plans. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by email by 2:00 PM (CT) ON September 11, 2020.
