DOC 6JD IC Hope-Stratton HVAC Phase 1 The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for repairing and replacing components of the HVAC system to reduce ongoing humidity issues at the Hope-Stratton facility in Coralville, IA 52240. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on December 16, 2024 and end on March 3, 2025. This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax. Davis Bacon Wages will not apply to this project. Questions must be submitted by 12:00 pm, October 1, 2024, to the Issuing Officer.
