Renovation of a detention facility in Coralville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Removing the existing domestic hot water (DHW) tank in the old boiler room and replacing it with two (2) new natural gas water heaters and four (4) new domestic hot water storage tanks The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on June 7, 2021, and end on December 16, 2021. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America.
