Renovation of a medical facility in Coralville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,079-square-foot medical facility.
UIHC - Iowa River Landing Ambulatory Care Facility - Level 1 - Replace Imaging Equipment in Rooms 1303 and 1307 The certified Iowa TSB participation goal for this project is 10 percent (10%) of the Base Bid. This project consists of the renovation of two General Radiographic Rooms (1303 & 1307) on Level 1 in the Iowa River Landing Ambulatory Care Facility and replaces imaging equipment with a Siemens Ysio Xpree. The Scope of Work for the Project includes: Decommission of the current machine/equipment. Update flooring, ceiling, lighting; new casework; patch and paint. Scope of work also includes the creation of an electrical room to house ancillary electrical equipment to support the project.
