UIHC Iowa River Landing Ambulatory Care Facility - LL Pathology Equipment Replacement General Description of Work: This project consists of new floor finishes (including drain relocation) and mechanical, electrical and plumbing Work associated with the replacement and relocation of existing Sysmex and Roche Diagnostics equipment. The project site consists of 1,645 square feet of lab space in Room 0401- Pathology Lab on the Lower Level of Iowa River Landing. 1) Alternates: None. 2) Allowances: None. 3) Unit Prices: None. e. Work by Owner: 1) MEPT Commissioning. (Seven (7) VRF Indoor Units, two (2) Dry-Coolers, two (2) Pumps, HP-1 Modules, Review operation of two existing FCU's, Lighting Controls) 2) Procurement of New Pathology Lab equipment, modular casework, mobile furnishings (chairs, carts, similar). 3) Temporary and final equipment staging / moving. 4) Lockset permanent cores and final keying Work Sequence: Constructor shall complete all work identified in each Phase within the durations scheduled below: 0) Phase 0 within 0 calendar days. (All work in this phase is by Owner and will be complete prior to start of Constructor's Work on-site.) 1) Phase 1 within 0 calendar days.
