Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamburg, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
A bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid made payable to the Town of Hamburg will be required and is subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Failure to submit a bid bond or certified check with bid will result in automatic disqualification of bid. If, upon acceptance of their bid, a bidder fails to enter into a Contract with the Town of Hamburg, the bid security shall be forfeited and become the property of the Town. The Town of Hamburg reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This project consists of concrete sidewalks with detectable warning units, high-visibility crosswalk pavement markings, rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB), and associated signs and plaques.
