Your firm is invited to submit a Bid under seal to Owner for the Concession and Restroom Building Procurement & Installation Contract. The Village of Hamburg insurance requirements are to be followed for this project. The procurement and installation contract includes delivery of the pre-engineered precast concession building and restroom building to the Village of Hamburg Legion Field Park, connection of both buildings together, and installation of all additional building components The attention of the bidder is called particularly to the requirements of conditions of employment to beobserved and this project is subject to prevailing wage rates to be paid under the Contract. The Village of Hamburg is an exempt organization under the Tax Law and is exempt from payment of sales andcompensating use taxes of the State of New York and cities and counties of the state on all materials which areto be incorporated into the project, pursuant to the provisions of the contract. The right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in, or to make an award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner and in accordance with law, are herewith reserved.
