SCOPE OF WORK - The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all plant, materials, equipment, labor and other facilities and things necessary and proper for the installation of the Lake Shore Branch Library Parking Lot Paving Project, which is to be done in complete and full accordance with and in strict compliance with and pursuant to specifications, therefore prepared by Hamburg Engineering Department & Buildings and Grounds Department, and filed in the offices of the OWNER, and which are made a part hereof with the same force and effect as though set forth in full herein, and are to cooperate so that any work or materials exhibited in the drawings and not mentioned in the specifications are to be executed the same as if they were mentioned in the specifications and set forth in the drawings to the true intent and meaning of the specifications, and drawings without any extra charge therefore; and shall do everything required in this Agreement, the conditions of the Contract and Specifications, the Drawings and the Contract Documents as defined in Article 6 of the Agreement
