Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
As of 10/02/2020 Due to budget constraints, all bids were rejected for this bidding round. The project scope will be redesigned, and will go back out to bid this fall. In accordance with M.G.L. c149, the Town of Tyngsborough (Town) is soliciting bids for the First Parish Meeting House (FPMH) Bell Tower Repair and Restoration project. A 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond is required by state law at the time of bidding. Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to: Justin Sultzbach , Assistant Town Administrator, 25 Bryants Lane, Tyngsborough, MA 01879, or they may be emailed to JSultzbach@TyngsboroughMA.Gov. All questions/inquiries must be received by 12:00 p.m. Noon on Monday, September 21st, 2020 to be considered. Questions/inquiries must be emailed to JSultzbach@Tyngsboroughma.gov. The Town may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if it determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town. Work shall be completed not later than April 30th, 2020.
