DESCRIPTION OF WORK This Contract is a roadway improvement project. which pro-vides for the construction of a. roundabout at the intersection of NW Greaves Way and Old Frontier Rd NW. The project includes ADA ramps, luminaires, sidewalks, and storinwater facilities in accordance with the Contract Documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid propos-al surety bond made payable to Ki.tsap County Department of Public Works in an amount. equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such hid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish sat-isfactory performance and pay-ment bonds within the time stated. in the Special Provisions, the bid proposal bond shall be forfeited to Kitsap County Department of Public Works. The Engineer's estimate ranges from $2,000,000 to $2,500,000.
