The City of Seattle, through Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for on-call environmental consultant services to supplement SDOT's in-house resources and provide technical expertise to assist in complex environmental permitting components and projects. On-call environmental services include but are not limited to cultural resources assessment, hazardous materials assessment, biological resource review, NEPA/SEPA, permitting support, Tribal coordination support, critical area impact evaluation, and water quality permitting and certification. Up to two (2) contracts may be awarded each for an initial contract amount of $1,000,000, and may be increased at SDOT's discretion. The initial term of the awarded contracts are expected to be three (3) years beginning in fourth quarter 2022 and ending in fourth quarter 2025. SDOT will evaluate the option to extend for up to two (2) additional years for a total of five (5) years for each contract depending on performance and the schedule of individual Work Authorizations.
