Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
As of March 12, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 19, 2021. Interested bidders, can contact them directly for the bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening. The Lancaster Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. The Lancaster Airport Authority does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services. The Lancaster Airport Authority is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages and Labor Standards are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
