Renovation of an educational facility in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work generally consists of removal and replacement of existing roof system copings, and all associated edge metal. The roof system replacement scope consists of removal of existing roof systems where indicated on the drawings and where all low-slope membrane roofs exist on the building. Replacement roof system is to consist of a new fully-adhered PVC roof system with associated pre-painted and PVC coated metal flashings over a polyisocyanurate insulation assembly of minimum R-30 insulation abovedeck.
