NM Department of Public Safety Forensic Laboratory Project The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety Forensic Laboratory project in Santa Fe, NM. All potential Offerors are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP). The State of New Mexico, General Services Division, Facilities Management Division received funding for this project and intends to construct a 44,000 square foot forensic laboratory to replace the current laboratory at the headquarters building Subcontractor qualifications are required from IT, Security, AV and Telecom, Masonry, Concrete, Metal Panels, Roofing, Concrete Polishing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lab Casework, and Vegetative Wall Covering.
