An Award will not be made for project until December 2025. Offerors will provide a comprehensive proposal for projects occurring in New Mexico that improve surface water quality or river habitat. All surface waters of the state as defined by New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC) 20.6.4.7 are eligible for funding. Successful proposals will result in a contractual agreement with the State of New Mexico Environment Department. The contractual agreements will be developed through Capital Outlay Agreements (COA) for government-to-government entities including tribal governments, and contracts for nongovernment entities to conduct projects throughout New Mexico that improve surface water quality or river habitat.
