The Santa Fe County Public Works Department requests bids for the purpose of procuring a licensed, insured, and qualified Contractor to provide construction services to the CR-54 Los Pinos All-Weather Crossing at Arroyo Hondo utilizing construction plans and technical specifications from WSP Engineers. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days subject to all action by the County. Additional improvements include re-channelization of the Arroyo Hondo, installation of erosion control structures, and a detour to maintain public access during construction. Roadway work consists of excavation, embankment, base course, hot mix asphalt pavement, curb and gutter,guardrails, signage, pavement markings, and traffic control measures. Drainage and environmental enhancements involve stormwater management, erosion protection, and revegetation efforts to support long-term stability. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole.
