Sonoma State University (University) invites qualified providers to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Stevenson Hall Renovation Project for the Demolition, Abatement Phase of the work is, but not limited to: Hazardous building materials abatement oversight, daily monitoring and clearance inspections; Waste characterization oversight of hazardous building materials disposal; Preparation of closeout reports, project management and supporting operations; Air-monitoring and inspection of abatement operations for compliance with the contract documents and applicable laws and regulations as required in conjunction with the new renovation. RFP Issue Date: September 11, 2020 Questions and Clarification Deadline: September 25, 2020 by 12:00 pm PST Service Begins November 9, 2020 All questions must be submitted in CalUsource. Last day to submit questions is September 25, 2020 by 12:00 p.m. PST. Questions submitted after the due date and time will not be answered. Clarifications or addenda, if used during the competitive solicitation, will be distributed in CalUsource Service providers shall ensure receipt of all documents pertaining to this RFP by registering with CalUsource.
