Renovation of a municipal facility in Kuna, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,553-square-foot municipal facility.
The project consists of removal and replacement of roofing on two separate pavilion structures. The Main Range pavilion is approximately 6,220 SF and the Hunter Education pavilion is approximately 1,333 SF. Roofing to be removed is shingle and will be replaced with a standing seam metal roof. Project is located at 2420 E. Kuna Mora Road in Kuna, Ada County. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder prior to the award of a contract. If a bidder does not currently have a Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho, he must verify the capability of obtaining a license prior to submitting a proposal.
