Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in West Rockhill Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Demolition, disposal and restoration of previous Sellersville Water Works Building and Tanks located along Catch Basin Road within West Rockhill Township. Attention is called to the fact that the Prevailing Wage Act 422 does apply, and the successful bidder shall pay no less than the prevailing wage rates determined for the project area as set forth in the project documents Clarification Deadline: 10/8/2020 5:00 PM Bids must be made on forms furnished by the Township and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of at least (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Township; and Anti-Collusion Affidavit. Bidder shall verify compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-Verify Program). All information must be submitted via the PennBid Program. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Insurance and Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of One Hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and approved by the Township, in accordance with bid specifications. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be based on the Total Bid; and will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. West Rockhill Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
