The Project is expected to be awarded on October 08,2024 during the Board Meeting.** Question Deadline 08/27/2024 at 1:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing coating system for an elevated water storage tank and associated tank modifications and repairs. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. Construction is scheduled to begin Spring 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The budget is expected to be in the range of $1,500,000 to 2,000,000.
