Site work for a water / sewer project in West Rockhill Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory payment and performance bonds in the amount of 100% of total bid award; and Insurance approved by the Township, in accordance with bid specifications. Questions Due Date: Apr 19th 2025, 5:00 PM EDT accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of at least (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Township; and Anti-Collusion Affidavit. Contractor shall verify compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-Verify Program). All information must be submitted via the PennBid Platform. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be based on the Total Base Bid plus selected Alternate Bid item(s) at the sole discretion of the Township, and will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. East Rockhill Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
