Renovation of a transportation facility in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Regional Airport Hangar Roof The project consists of removal of approximately 7,835 SF of existing roofing material and the installation of EPDM membrane and asphalt shingle roof and insulation systems. The particular items of work for the contract are identified more specifically in the Bid Format, Contract Specifications and Contract Documents. Surety in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. However, the award of the contracts may be delayed by required approval of another government agency or closing on the project funding loans. Owner shall reject all bids or award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder within 120 days of the bid opening. Questions must be submitted by Monday, September 28, 2020 until 4:00 PM
