Anticipated award date mid of November.** This project includes exterior renovation of the Campus West Entry Pathway, Cedro Plaza and Library Plaza. Work includes demo, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, and landscaping. Scope includes removal of existing water fountains and nonstructural walls, and replacement of concrete pavement and outdoor lighting. Construction of 3 fabric shade structures. The project is about 30000 sf Construction Estimate: $2,140,000.00 License Requirement: B For Bid Security, a scan copy of the fully executed original Bid Bond, along with Attorney-in-Fact Certificate and Surety Resolutions attesting to the appointment and authority of the Attorney- in- Fact, must be submitted with the Bid Proposal. This project requires Prevailing Wages and is covered by the Districts Construction Careers Agreement with the Santa Clara and San Benito Building and Construction Trades Council. The District will provide insurance coverage through SEWUP an Owner Controlled Insurance Program, or OCIP. Details will be included with the bid documents.
