Renovation of a municipal facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

OUC seeks to select turn-key Supplier to provide comprehensive services for its Commercial Indoor Lighting Upgrade Program. The qualified Supplier will conduct lighting system audits, lighting system design evaluations, recommend, procure, and install energy efficient lighting solutions for qualified OUC commercial customers within OUC's service territory along with any warranty related follow-up work. OUC may, at its sole discretion, award this contract to one or more qualified Suppliers. The successful Supplier will be solely responsible for completing all lighting upgrades on behalf of OUC. Each Supplier's performance and professional conduct are of paramount importance to OUC. Any Supplier who fails to represent OUC in a courteous and professional manner is subject to termination of the Agreement. The Supplier will be performing the initial lighting audit and proposal preparations at no cost to OUC or its customers. Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required No Question End Date 10/22/2020 5:00 PM All questions asked before or during the meeting must be sent to the Buyer of Record in order to be documented as a part of the addendum.
