This project will be a renovation of an existing structure built in 1975 for West Virginia University. Project Location: 85 Coliseum Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506 Cutoff for Questions: September 24, 2020 at 5:00 pm ALL Questions and Clarifications MUST be submitted directly online Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per calendar day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion, not as a penalty, but a reasonable assessment of loss of use of the facility for its intended purpose. Project Start Date: Mid-October 2020 Substantial Completion Date: Mid-June 2021 Final Completion Date: TBD *The value reflects the overall value and not necessarily this particular package*
