This project will be a renovation of an existing structure built in 1975 for West Virginia University. Question Submission Close Date 10/2/2020 5:00 PM EDT Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per calendar day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion, not as a penalty, but a reasonable assessment of loss of use of the facility for its intended purpose.
