Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; retail development; and retail development.
As of November 2025, the developer is seeking financing. Construction is not anticipated to begin prior to the 4th quarter of 2026. The Palmeraie is a multi phased, mixed use project that contains a combination of underground parking, retail and office. The Project is broken into 3 phases; Phase 1A includes the underground parking garage, (2) four-story office buildings, a one story retail building that houses part of the central plant, and the adjacent site. Phase 1B includes (6) retail/office buildings and adjacent site. Phase 1C includes (3) retail buildings and adjacent site. Please breakout site costs according to the phasing plan in the documents. The Owner has prenegotiated the mechanical units for the CUP with Trane, the mechanical schedules that indicate OFCI equipment will be posted with the instructions to bidders and released with Clarification #1.
