Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Venetia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Actual award amount: $ 143,448.75 Construction of ADA improvements and playground equipment within Peterswood Park including 850 S.Y. of concrete sidewalk, minor earthwork, 300 L.F. of concrete curb, E&S Controls, 2,500 S.F. of stone subbase, landscaping, coordination with Township selected playground installer for the installation of the playground and pour in place surfacing, and other items incidental to construction. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bids shall only be considered valid if the bidder is included on the official plan holder list. Only the purchase of the Bidding Documents from the Township will place the purchaser on the official plan holder list. Sealed bids, with a required 10% bid security All questions regarding the bid documents are to be e-mailed to Michele Harmel, Peters Township Parks and Recreation Director, at recreationdirector@peterstownship.com. Peters Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
