Sealed bids are requested for the following: 1,500 tons of #57 crushed aggregate, 2,000 tons of #67 crushed aggregate, and 100 tons of #8 aggregate, all to be delivered to stockpile at the Township Building, 401 Beham Ridge Road, West Alexander, PA 15367; 4,000 gallons of E-3 asphalt road oil to be delivered and applied to various Township roads as directed by the Foreman; 7,000 gallons of No. 2 diesel fuel (low sulfur) to be delivered to the tank at the Township Building, with an escalator clause applying to fuel bids. All quantities are approximate. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Spring Bid" and on forms provided by West Finley Township, available at the Municipal Building or by phone. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount payable to West Finley Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
