This project will be a renovation of an existing structure built in 1975 for West Virginia University. Cutoff for Questions: September 24, 2020 at 5:00 pm Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per calendar day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion, not as a penalty, but a reasonable assessment of loss of use of the facility for its intended purpose.
