For Cleveland Community College Athletic Park A. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation in order to perform all operations in connection with and reasonably incidental to the complete demolition, renovation and installation of the irrigation system as indicated by the demolition notes and drawings, irrigation drawings, the installation details, and these specifications as provided. The work shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to the following; B. Procurement of all applicable licenses, permits, and fees. C. Ascertainment of utility locations and existing irrigation system prior to construction. D. Installation of taps and connection of irrigation system to water source as shown ondrawings (as required). E. Trenching and excavation, and backfilling with compaction. F. Supply of materials and installation for the complete irrigation system, including piping, valves, fittings, water emission devices, automatic control wiring, and final adjustment to ensure complete coverage.
