SCOPE OF WORK Installation and permitting necessary to replace the existing caterpillar D30-6, 30kW, 480/277V Diesel Generator with a Generac SG035, 35kW, 480-277V Three phase natural gas generator (NFPA 700). The design shall include the reuse of the existing 80A automatic transfer switch, new temporary generator provision (NEC 700.3(f), and gas detailing for the unit located at the Bailey Allied Health and Science Center located on the main campus of Cleveland Community College at 137 South Post Rd., Shelby, NC 28152 MBE (10%) Completion- 90 consecutive calendar days
