Help Desk representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST The State reserves the right to reject any and all offers, to waive any informality in offers and, unless otherwise specified by the Vendor, to accept any item in the offer. If either a unit price or an extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded. If any or all parts of this IFB/RFQ are accepted, an authorized representative of Cleveland Community College shall affix their signature hereto. A copy of this acceptance will be forwarded to the successful vendor(s). Purpose of this Invitation for Bid / Request for Quote is to obtain pricing for and procure two new Palo Alto PA-1420 firewalls, 3-years of licensing and support, as well as professional migration services for Cleveland Community College. Goods and Services will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB/RFQ. Important Note: It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to upload their offer to the Ariba Sourcing Module by the specified time and date of opening. Vendor shall bear the risk for late electronic submission due to unintended or unanticipated delay, including but not limited to internet issues, network issues, local power outages, or application issues. Vendor must include all the pages of this solicitation in their response. If the vendor's proposal contains any confidential information (as defined in Attachment B, Section 2, Paragraph #17), then the vendor must provide one (1) signed, original electronic offer and one (1) redacted electronic copy.
