This project which will extend from the CSX Railroad bridge to N. Davidson Street will add median/refuge, street/vehicular lights, pedestrian lights, sidewalks, bike lanes, and street trees. This project will improve accessibility for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular connections to the Parkwood Avenue light rail station. Work includes construction of concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, storm drainage, grading, paving, erosion control, traffic control, pavement markings, traffic signalization, and water & sewer utility works.
