Site work for a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and parking garage.
The City of Charlotte reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest The scope of work for this project is to install a new 1,200 amp, 480/277V service, including feeder connections to a new 750 kVA utility transformer. This new service shall, in turn supply power to the existing electrical infrastructure within the main electrical room, on the ground level of the facility, as well as new electric vehicle distribution and branch circuit panel infrastructure on the fourth and fifth levels of the parking deck. A total of twenty-five (25) Level 2 EV chargers and one (1) 50 kW DC fast charger shall be installed on the fourth and fifth levels of the parking deck All requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) full calendar days, as stated herein or as amended by addendum, prior to the day that bids are due.
