Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Island, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Otter Creek Mechanical will be awarded pending approval of the project at a Board of Governors meeting scheduled for 10/22. Assuming they are approved the start date will be 10/26. The Project consists of the remodel of select portions of the building. Remodel includes removal of existing heating water pumps, removal of existing chilled water pumps, removal of existing heat recovery chiller, removal of existing expansion tanks, installation of new pumps, new dampers, new preheat coil, new water to water heat pumps, hydronic piping, ductwork and damper, and associated electrical and temperature control work. Work of this proposed Contract comprises building construction, including general construction Work. All work shall be furnished in strict accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Morrissey Engineering, Inc., 4940 North 118th St, Omaha, Nebraska 68164 and bids will be received only upon the printed Proposal Forms furnished by the Engineer.
