Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Work under this Contract will be performed at the designated locations at Pier 5, 6 and 7. a. Work to include construction of new steel sheet pile including fish habitat component. b. Demolish and remove existing building concrete foundations. c. Demolish and remove section existing steel sheet piles. d. Construct overhang steel structure, including composite deck complete with related appurtenance. e. Construct Marina Service Road including storm sewer, watermain and sanitary force main. f. Construct nine storm sewer outfalls. g. Install Electrical services including transformers, power panels, Light Poles and other electrical features. h. Install landscape component. i. Construct concrete retaining wall, concrete cap and installation of dock appurtenances including mooring bollards, safety ladders, and fendering, as well as other associated work as shown on drawings and described in the Specifications. j. In addition to the above Works, the Successful Bidder shall be required to install various other piping, including sanitary force main, storm sewers, road restoration, parking lot and pathway. k.
