Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

Fire Prevention Administration Building; Decommission, supply and install two (2) existing roof top air handling units (RTU) and associated work. Fire Station 4: Decommission, supply and install five (5) existing roof top air handling units (RTU) and associated work. Decommission, supply and install six (6) variable air volume (VAV) boxes and associated work. The estimated start date will be February 2023, with substantial performance achieved by Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
