Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 33,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The Work as part of this Request for Tenders will be for renovations of approximately 3,000 sq m (33,000 sq ft) of office space located on 2 floors at 330 Wentworth Ave. North. The project will require considerable interior demolition and construction of interior walls, floors and ceilings as well as rework of mechanical and electrical systems to suit the new layout. The Work is required to be phased to allow for the ongoing functioning office spaces that currently exist in the facility.
