The project consists of an existing maintenance complex located in Mt Carmel, UT. The following description is an outline of the work to be accomplished and not meant to be a definitive scope of work: 1. The Work consists of demolition of the water retention/detention facilities and desalination evaporative pond, and asphalt; construction of a new trash enclousure/material storage bin; asphalt; earthwork and grading for a new storm water retention pond. a. The Work includes site preparation, selective demolition, excavation, grading, concrete flat work, trash enclosure structure, installation of fixed equipment (provided as part of the work unless otherwise noted), and other site improvements as defined in the contract documents and the Sciquest bid solicitation. b. It is mandatory that potential bidders visit the site. The site visit will be held on September 30th, 2020 at 1:00 pm. Questions during the bid period must be submitted through Sciquest. Questions asked in any other format will not be addressed. Any inadvertent information obtained from unauthorized questions will not be considered the official position of the State. Relying on such information is at the bidder's risk.
