Renovation of a medical facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project involves the installation of a new medical vacuum system and new medical air system serving the original Thornton Hospital. Systems are replacing the original facility systems. Estimated project duration is 240 calendar days. Participants shall meet at UCSD Medical Center - La Jolla, 9300 Campus Point Dr, La Jolla, CA 92037, Thornton Loading Dock. Attendees should plan to arrive in ample time to secure parking prior to the scheduled meeting time. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, listed in the latest published State of California, Department of Insurance, list of Insurers Admitted to Transact Surety Insurance in This State. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B, GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR.
